• All cashew nuts are processed and packaged following strict hygiene and safety standards.
• Our products may contain tree nuts and might be produced in environments that handle other allergens.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring they do not have allergies to nuts or related products.

Orders & Payments
• All prices are listed in British Pounds and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Orders are considered confirmed only after full payment.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including stock availability, payment issues, or suspicious activity.

 

Returns, refunds & replacement

Shipping & Delivery
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the courier.
• Customers must provide accurate delivery information. Tiddan Foods is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses.

Returns, Refunds & Replacement

Because cashew nuts are perishable goods, we maintain the following policy:

• No returns on opened or consumed products.
• Replacements may be offered for damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items if reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
• Proof such as photos or videos may be required for quality verification.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method.

Product Storage

To ensure freshness, customers must store cashew nuts in a cool, dry, and airtight container. We are not responsible for product spoilage due to improper storage after delivery.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, brand names, product images, packaging designs, and content associated with Tiddan Foods are the exclusive property of the company. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

Use of Website / Social Media

• Customers must not misuse our website, mobile platforms, or social media pages.
