2. Products
We supply roasted, lightly salted cashews in 30g, 200g, and 350g pouches. All products are prepared and packed in accordance with applicable UK food safety and hygiene standards.
Allergen Notice
Contains: Cashew Nuts (tree nuts). May contain traces of peanuts, other nuts, soy, or other allergens due to shared production or storage environments. Customers are responsible for checking all labeling to ensure products meet their dietary needs.
3. Sales Channels
Our products are available through online sales, authorised retail partners, and approved wholesalers. We reserve the right to update or amend the available sales channels at any time.

4. Ordering & Payment
We accept card payments, bank transfers, and mobile payment methods such as Apple Pay or Google Pay. All orders must be paid in full before they are dispatched or collected.
5. Delivery & Collection
We offer local delivery, courier delivery (UK), and customer collection from our Wolverhampton facility. Delivery times may vary due to courier availability, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Customers will be notified of any significant delays where possible.
6. Returns, Refunds & Complaints
Due to food safety regulations, all products are non‑returnable except in specific circumstances outlined below.
6.1 Damaged Goods
If an order arrives damaged, customers must contact us via customerservice@tiddanfoods.com, provide photographic or video evidence of the damage, and submit the complaint within 24 hours of receipt. Approved cases may be eligible for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
6.2 Product Recalls
In the event of an official product recall, affected products may be returned or refunded as directed by TIDDAN Foods Limited.
6.3 Exclusions
Refunds or replacements cannot be provided for products damaged after delivery or collection, items stored incorrectly by the customer, allergic reactions where allergens were properly declared, or complaints submitted after the 24‑hour window.

7. Liability
TIDDAN Foods Limited is not liable for misuse of products after delivery or collection, failure to store products correctly, including not keeping products sealed and not storing them in a cool, dry place, exposure of products to heat, moisture, or contaminants, consumption of products past the recommended date, or undisclosed allergies. Our maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the affected product. Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate storage conditions to ensure product freshness and safety.
8. Intellectual Property
All branding, packaging designs, product descriptions, imagery, and related materials are the intellectual property of TIDDAN Foods Limited. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes arising from the use or purchase of our products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication.
